  • Can exercise research and critical thinking skills to make data-based decisions.
  • Are able to communicate and defend positions effectively, orally, in writing, and in the form of persuasive presentations.
  • Are able to perform effectively as part of a team (of diverse individuals).

Achieve your amibitions. And your ideals.

Our unique and tested “Ethics Fusion” approach provides students not only with the technical and decision-making skills that are the hallmark of a successful business or organizational strategist, but also in-depth exposure to a set of core values. Graduates learn ethical decision making models and how to apply them to issues and situations that may be encountered across all business disciplines.

Our graduates develop the capability of recognizing ethical problems in business, and an understanding of how the right decisions are to be made – qualities that are in great demand in the contemporary workplace. And, the curriculum treats non-profit, social service, and government professionals and organizations with the same vigor as “for-profit” businesses.

Our graduates are equally qualified to become professionals and managers in the private and/or public sectors, and in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. We welcome talented and motivated candidates with undergraduate degrees in business or in any other discipline.

A merge of liberal arts tradition with high-level business education.

Small and highly interactive, classes typically with 15 or fewer students offer a rich learning experience. Consistent with the liberal arts approach to learning, emphasis is placed on critical thinking, including mastery of why things are done, not simply how. Faculty take pride in being able to provide personal attention to students’ coursework and career planning. Technology allows us to offer “blended” online/classroom courses which preserves the essence of the face-to-face classroom environment we value, while at the same time providing convenience to students with demanding outside schedules.
