On-Line “WebAdvisor” opens for registration for Summer, Summer I & II 2018 courses:
- All students with Assumption e-mail accounts and portal access register online via MyAssumption.Portal, WebAdvisor for students. Newly accepted students will obtain e-mail accounts at acceptance and portal access upon deposit.
- Students without Assumption e-mail accounts and portal access must complete the manual paper registration process described below.

Finance Office processes charges to students’ accounts and sends e-mail to students’ Assumption email accounts when bills are available for viewing through the Student Account Center via MyAssumption.Portal

Student Payment Period for Summer Courses
Students can pay their bills on-line through the Student Account Center via MyAssumption.Portal, which is the preferred method of payment. The Student Account Center can be accessed 24/7 and one-time payments post in real time. Payments by mail must be mailed to the TMS Lockbox. Payments can be made in person with cash or bank check at the Cashier’s Office weekday mornings between 8:30 and 11:45am. Payment plans are NOT available for summer. Payment for Summer, Summer I & II courses must be received by 11:59pm May 11, 2018.
Students who miss the on-line registration period can enroll in courses by contacting CCE Office or Grad Program assistants. Once the paper registration form is completed and proof of payment is submitted the Registrar’s Office will enroll the students through Tuesday, May 8, 2018. Paper registrations received May 9-11 will be held until the re-registration period begins on May 15.

Students Unregistered for Non-Payment Date:
Students who did not remit payment by 11:59 pm on May 11 will be unenrolled from all Summer semesters courses. Students who are unregistered for non-payment are responsible for any and all registration fees, as these fees are non-refundable.
Tuesday, May 15 – Monday, May 21, 2018
Re-registration Period for Summer and Summer I courses:
Manual paper registration for any student who did not complete registration during the above registration period or were unregistered for non-payment. Proof of payment is required at time of registration.
Tuesday, May 15 – Monday, July 2, 2018
Re-registration Period for Summer II courses:
Manual paper registration, as described above.
Monday, May 21, 2018
Summer and Summer Session I courses begin.
Monday, July 2, 2018
Summer II courses begin.
