Timeline for Graduate Student Registration for Fall 2018

Summer Session I classes run Monday, May 21 – Friday, June 29, 2018
Summer Session II classes run Monday, July 2 – Friday, August 10, 2018
Fall Semester classes start Monday, August 27, 2018

Monday, July 9 (10:00am) - Tuesday, July 24, 2018 (4:00pm)

On-Line “WebAdvisor” open for registration for Fall 2018 courses:

  • All students with Assumption e-mail accounts and portal access register online via MyAssumption.Portal, WebAdvisor for Students. Newly accepted students will obtain e-mail accounts at acceptance and portal access upon deposit.
  • Students without Assumption e-mail accounts and portal access must complete the manual paper registration process through the Graduate Program Assistants

Billing Period
Finance Office processes charges to students’ accounts and sends e-mail to students’ Assumption email accounts that bills are available for viewing through the Student Account Center via MyAssumption.Portal 

Tuesday, July 31 - Monday, August 13, 2018

Student Payment Period for Fall Courses 
Students can pay their bills on-line through the Student Account Center via MyAssumption.Portal, which is the preferred method of payment. The Student Account Center can be accessed 24/7 and one-time payments post in real time. Payments by mail must be sent to the TMS Lockbox. Payments can also be made in person with cash or bank check at the Cashier’s Office weekday mornings between 8:30 and 11:45am. Payment for Fall courses must be received by 11:59pm August 13, 2018. 

Manual/Paper Registration
Students who miss the on-line registration period can enroll in courses by contacting Grad Program assistants. Once the paper registration form is completed and proof of payment is submitted the Registrar’s Office will enroll the students through August 8, 2018. Paper registrations received August 9-10 will be held until the re-registration period begins on August 15, 2018.

Tuesday, August 14, 2018

Unregistered for Non-Payment Date: 
Students who did not remit payment by 11:59pm on August 13 will be unenrolled from all Fall semester classes. Students who are unregistered for non-payment are responsible for any and all registration fees, as these fees are non-refundable.

Wednesday, August 15 – Monday, August 27, 2018

Re-registration Period: 
Manual paper registration for any student who did not complete registration during the above registration period or were unregistered for non-payment. Proof of payment is required at time of registration.

Monday, August 27, 2018
Fall Semester Graduate Studies classes begin.
