HEALTH INSURANCE
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires all Graduate students taking six (6) or more credits in the fall or spring semester to submit evidence of health insurance coverage. If Assumption College does not receive proof of heath insurance coverage, the student will be automatically enrolled in and billed for the College’s health insurance plan. For more information visit the Finance Office student accounts webpage or you may download the health insurance waiver form and return it to the Finance Office. The health insurance waiver form may be returned by fax: (508) 767-7446 or mail: Student Accounts, Assumption College, 500 Salisbury Street, Worcester, MA 01609. If you have additional questions regarding the Health Insurance or waiver office please contact the Finance office at (508) 767-7471.
